365-Night Better Sleep Mattress Guarantee

Featuring the best guarantee in the industry: one full year to try out your new mattress!

Terms and Conditions:

Customer must purchase and use one of our mattress protectors and sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 days in order to fully adjust to the new mattress.

First 3 months after purchase:
100% credit towards exchange
2nd 3 months:
75% credit towards exchange to a new mattress
3rd 3 months:
50% credit towards exchange to a new mattress
Final 3 months:
25% credit towards exchange to a new mattress

Exchange only. No refunds. No returns or exchanges on special order sized mattress including XL and split sizes, including Split King, Split Cal King, Split Head King, Split Head Queen, Split Queen, Full XL and Twin XL.

The 365 Night Better Sleep Guarantee begins on the date of purchase and allows for a one-time only comfort exchange. The guarantee does not restart with the exchange to a different mattress.

Customer is responsible for any delivery charges related to return or exchange.

Valid only for person named on invoice. 

Applies to mattresses only. The guarantee does not apply to discounted, friends and family or employee discounts, or customer exchanges. The guarantee does not apply to furniture, foundations and bedding, including pillows, as these products are covered by a warranty from their respective manufacturers. Due to the extreme discount nature on Simple Bundle specials, there are no refunds or exchanges on any of the items.

Mattresses that are stained, soiled, damaged in any way, or contain odors will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please be sure to protect your investment with a good quality mattress protector. We reserve the right to inspect the mattress prior to accepting a return. Any mattress that qualifies for a warranty exchange will be limited to a manufacturer warranty exchange only.

Return Instructions:

For items that were purchased online, please email us at info @ vancouvermattress.com to schedule your return. For items that were purchased in-store, pease either come in to the store to arrange for return, or contact us at info @ vancouvermattress.com. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at the store without prior arrangements. Any qualifying mattress must be returned in good condition free of tears, holes, odors, stains or soiling of any kind. Please provide us with your telephone number in the event we need to contact you. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and must be prepaid. We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure the package is received.

Exceptions to the Return / Exchange Policy

Bedding related products (including, but not limited to: pillows, mattress pads, sheets, comforters, care kits, platform beds, boxes and bed frames) are not returnable once they have been used, or removed from the original package. Adjustable Bases and furniture are not returnable.

The 365 Night Better Sleep Guarantee applies to purchases made on or after May 18, 2020. Prior purchases are subject to the prior policy stated and posted in-store and on the website on date of purchase.
